The Red Moon Inn

Description
This mod enables the landmark, The Red Moon Inn in Ubersreik, to allow recruitment of Empire heroes for the owning Empire faction factionwide, and actually serves as a tier 4 Coaching Inn, as Franz Lohner is the guy that knows a guy that can take care of that problem.
