1915 Brick Motors Type A Speedster

Description
Brick Motors was founded in 1915 by Bob Bobbington and Billy Brickston in 1911, and Bob would begin designing the first Brick Motors car ever, the Type A Automobile. It took 4 years to complete, but in 1915, it released to the public and was a massive hit.

The Type A Automobile is a i8 powered car with a top speed of 81 miles per hour, but with tuning was able to exceed 100MPH! It is also well known in popular culture, starring in the movie "Chitty Chitty Brick Brick" (1957) and "The Bobfather" (1965.) It is also well known for being one of the first Brickycars to be mass produced for the public, as it won the Brickianapolis 500 in 1916 and 1917, captivating Brick Rigs Motorsports for years to come. as even into the 1920s, the car was selling well, and only stopped production in 1929 due to brick motors wanting more sales on their latest vehicles instead of the Type A.

This is one of the Brickianapolis 500 Tuned Cars, known as a Speedster, and in 1916 the Brick Motors Type A Entry driven by Co-Founder Bob Bobbington himself set the first ever 95+ Mile Per Hour Lap at Brickianapolis Motor Speedway, and innovated the Modern-Day BRICKICAR as we know today, with its open wheels and aerodynamic shape. This specific one is the #4 Car driven by Brickey Studding in the 1917 Brickianapolis 500.

I think this might be the most elegant build i've ever made, it just looks so good! Dare i say, it might even compete with modern cars on the workshop just by it's looks. It's also low brick, and drives decently as well. I loved building a tin can on wheels. It was just so fun! I hope people like it!

With care and perfection, -Dale Earnhardt
