I dont know how to port model from HD2, this model is form garry's mod:

and I add a cape, if you dont go backwards, cape looks fine I guess

This mod is great!
However when holding an axe the left side of the screen gets covered by I assume a shoulder or something.
Any other melee weapon works just fine.

Check your addons. Its must be conflicting with other mods

this skin does not work it wont show up on your mods in game so don't not download,
