[SGM] Wheelchair - Fixed

Description
The March 2024 update[gmod.facepunch.com] made changes to how vehicle wheel size is calculated. This re-upload applies fixes to the wheels so that they don't clip into the ground and other small improvements to handling.

This upload contains lua, model, materials, script, and sound & may conflict with the original upload if you're subscribed to both. Please support the original creator.

It won't fix other addons, you need to unsubscribe from other wheelchairs and use this one.
