The Technisches Hilfswerk, THW for short, is the german civil protection and disaster prevention emergency serivce.
Bringing desaster relief efforts both domestically and abroad and supportung autorities during emergencies.

Be aware I ported this months ago already but then lost all the files in an unfortunate data crash that set most of my projects back quite a bit. So there might still be some oddities about these ports that I'm not aware of right now.
