Transformers Particle Cannon

Description
BEHOLD! GALVATRON HAS BEEN DISARMED! USE HIS PARTICLE CANNON AT YOUR OWN WHIM!! This is a recreation of the classic G1 Galvatron's iconic Particle Cannon. Credit to KBD2 for allowing me to use his DOOM Plasma Rifle as a base code.

This mod is compatible with the "Destructible robots" mod by DimasVoxel. See his mod below.

Well, that's cute
