Cheap Relay Signal Channel Identifier Proof of Concept

A much cheaper but less efficient version of a relay signal channel identifier device that uses only a single action relay block instead of 100 relay blocks to identify what signal relay channel is being used when it detects a signal

Instead of constantly scanning for all 100 channels at once it continuously switches between all 100 available channels with the downside that it will only detect a signal if the signal happens to be used when the device is at the correct signal at the time of transmission
