Added compatibility for the game version 1.55 Public Beta

Single-row license plates configurable from the in-game workshop.
Preserved (as far as possible) faithful reproduction of the actual appearance and proportions in accordance with the information contained in the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 31, 2022 and related documents.
Hologram reflective legalization sticker, "PL" characters in the background of the plate visible from a certain angle.
Available character layouts: 2+5; 3+4; 3+5.
