Description
Updated to 3.12

This mod makes aptitude tradition upgrade lvl 1 leader traits to lvl 2 ones instead of adding a random trait.

This is an updated version of another mod that was abandoned by its creator

Yeah. I don't play Stellaris anymore though, so I don't have the dedication to update this. Feel free to do so yourself

The 3.13 stormrider trait won't spawn on new leaders unless you add it to the events from this mod

nice mod, i hate the random perk as most of the time was bad trait
