Halo Reach Main Menu

Description
Adds a Halo Reach custom main menu as well as the main menu music. Big thanks to Ryuku for the Musical Menu Framework as i wouldn't have been able to make this mod without it. You need to restart game after enabling for background to show.

The whole background shifts to the left when it's switched to 3440-1440

on 2560 by 1440, it centers but on native 3440 by 1440 it goes off left and a little of screen

it looks a little funky on widescreen though. For me it's off to the side but still looks beautiful
