The asset is based on a real building of the Syktyvkar railway station. The two-story building was built in 1962, the architecture is typical of the era of industrialization. The building has a distinctive architectural feature — a high spire above the glazed tower. The station building has a comfortable waiting room equipped with comfortable seats for passengers.
