[OBSOLETE] Discover Map In Pipes

Description
Obsolete, use Remix Extended Config instead. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3366532650

Causes map discovery to remain active when inside room or shortcut pipes, eliminating issues when attempting to view the map on the other side of long shortcuts.
