⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀└📁3248715391

Drag that 3248715391 folder into:

Local Disk (C:)
└📁Program Files (x86)
⠀└📁steam
⠀⠀└📁steamapps
⠀⠀⠀└📁common
⠀⠀⠀⠀└📁Black Reliquary
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀└📁mods

It will then show up in the add-ons menu for you to activate. You can also name it to see it in-game better.
