Peoples across your empire have made the terrible mistake to look at the skies and see the bad omen that are comets. This mod is part of the Modder Pass V Celestial Omen collection, and adds the all time favorite event from Paradox games, "Comet Sighted".

How can I know the chance for each event using the framework? Is there a way to make them rarer? I play hotseat and while it's really nice to have events, they can get pretty repetitive and way too constant.
