When you're so hungry anything will do. Just Eat it.

• Find, skin and cook dead rats and dead sewer rats
  
• Find, skin and cook dead frogs
  
• Canned foods. Tripe and Herring
  
• Box of Dog biscuits
  
• Full decay system for dead animals
  
• Dead animals are smokable once skinned
  
• Unskinned dead animals will rot and cannot be skinned once rotten

To skin the dead animals place them on the ground and look at them with a knife in hand just like any other animals.
