Background Switcher for Oneworld

A small utility that I feel was sorely needed for oneworld, stage tools or additive load maps.
having backgrounds that come with a map and are auto loaded like standard map loading from the workshop menu. Mostly made for One World to have maps swap backgrounds automatically for example going from a city to the coast or a desert.

Comes with two kinds of background switchers auto and manual.
Auto loads its texture when the map loads in or is built via oneworld or stage mod.
Manual can copy the current loaded custom background into itself and load from itself when the buttons are pressed.

To use just place in your loadable area and set the background to the one you want. When loaded it should change the background to the material on the card.
