Rana II-class cargo hauler

The Rana II-class (meaning Frog in Latin) cargo hauler is the second evolution of the successful Rana-class cargo hauler produced by the Empire. In keeping with the original shape and design of the Rana-class, the Rana-II is similarly rounded and features a centrally mounted mining laser along with increased crew capacity and storage capabilities. With additional engines for more thrust, extra armour plating for defence as well as two front mounted point defence lasers, the ship is faster, more protected and has a higher storage capacity to its forebear.
