Waiter! Waiter! More Project Moon content in my fighting game please!

This is one of my first attempts of making a mod for a game, so I still need to get better at animations and spriting (still better than 2022's no longer see-able attempts I suppose)...

I saw the release of the Roland mod and thought "Y'know what'd go well with that? A Bong Bong buddy".
This took me a few hours, and I feel like there's still a few bugs it has, but hopefully there are either none, or very little.

As for Bong Bong herself, I did not create the idea of Bong Bong, that credit goes to... uhh... I forgot. Probably some PM content creator and/or Project Moon.
