Unique buildings and 'park' buildings I use with the Ploppable RICO mod. Without the mod these buildings just attract some visitors, but with it they get a residential, commercial, office or industrial function, similar to the growable buildings. Many of these come with ready-to-go RICO settings, but some need manual assignment.


NOTES:

• Needed props can be found in my Props, Decals and Trees collection.

• A lot of (older) workshop assets use 'Invisible Parking Space' props on top of 'Parking Space' props. That might have been necessarily once, but now causes cars to park on top of each other. Use BOB to hide the 'Invisible Parking Space' props in these buildings. You cannot hide it in all buildings at once though, because in some buildings these are still needed for proper parking.
  
• Woodlog Architects has office RICO settings, but I set it to residential instead.
