A small aquatic creature that produces electricity from the antennae on its sides. It would be a good, natural source of power for any civilizations that happen to evolve in the accelerated reality of Omicron, but no civilizations have ever evolved. Though I guess a megastructure with 7 only slightly large islands surrounding it isn't exactly the best place to build a civilization.
