Description
This mod allows you to access ruler designer after game had already started so you wuld be able to create custom rulers as well as custom landless characters.

This mod doesn't seem to work in Multiplayer? It disabled Ruler Designer period when running a game IN multiplayer for the host. Plans to fix?

And even if it wasn't, shut the fuck up. Mod developers have their own lives and don't have to put up with your bullshit so you can get an update faster.

This is my favorite mod! It's crucial for making custom RP starts. I think the new update broke this mod because now my game crashes when I load up the map. Please update! Thank you so much
