//MPN UNLEASHED// - Lurker Armor Bundle

Description
MPN UNLEASHED
- Is a mod-expansion, which mainly aims at adding new Armors, Skins and Swatches.

This mod mainly provides huge variety of new gear for you to mess around with, but it is also a foundation/base mod, for multiple other projects.

About :

This mod is aimed to expand buyable gear from the Quertermaster Shop in the Arena mode, as well as provide bigger fashion choices in character's creation overall, using over 100+ entirely new armor pieces. Each armor piece comes with its own unique model, texture, statistics and descriptions respectfully.

Being a pation project that it is - it is still in development and there is no exact "end goal" of this mod. It might be continued to be developed for as much as we have imagination for.

A lot of stuff added, been made from scratch; Some parts were inspired or outright referenced; And of course, some of our favorites - armor with implications for something bigger than "haha pretty armor", but of course, after all, it all is just an armor to mess around with. As well as multiple new AltParts for making your character more unique.

Important :
  • This mod provides quite the good chunk of content for everyone to use without any restrictions. The only couple of things we require in exchange - is to be respectful of this work. Do NOT reupload this mod by any means. Do credit this mod if you have done some sort of a change to it. And of course, do not reupload any separate/exported models from this mod, as a separate addon.

  • This mod is still developed and we still tinker with what we want to add and what should be presented. This means that we do not require or accept any suggestions or requests from Steam comments. Comments containing such topic will be deleted.

  • And last but not least. This mod aims to add IMMERSIVE (or close to it) type of content! If you came to expect some "Cat Ears" or "Anime Dresses" you came to a wrong place, sorry.

You sure can adjust it; No big worries there!

And as for the blackmarket... You probably haven't played Old MPN Beta... Back in a day - Q-Bert's shop would function practically the same way. It'd only reset every now and then (But it was a bit worse. Since instead of reloading HQ - you'd have to wait a 10-5 minute timer, before refreshin the stock).
So it is kinda more like that lol

No worries, thanks for the response and justification, lore makes perfect sense.

I personally dislike dealing with the black market because to me it doesn't fit the style of the game well.
Though it's probably a homage to the randomised shop of the original Flash Project Nexus.

Are you okay with me editing the mod (I won't upload it) so it better fits how I play the game?

And when you look at it from a technical persepctive, there's no such thing as Black market armor in the base game. We Added a specific brand of armor to compliment black market weapons.

Plus the fence already has plenty of powerful gear to purchase as well. You're not fully missing out.

There is a reason behind gear being hidden in the Blackmarket.
It is a Faction gear. And that Faction - is nowhere close to Nexus or anyhow related to it.
So allow someone like Crackpot - sell that stuff - would kinda provoke some goofy conclusions. And I want none of that.
I hugely appreciate the love for the mod, but unfortunately - Blackmarket decision won't be changed. At least - not any time soon (NO PROMISES), as well as it will NEVER get to The Fence, due to it's relation to Nexus. :gonteddy:

Great mod, pure RNG for the best pieces of armor is rather frustrating though, especially for a game in which the gameplay loop consists of restarting over and over - perhaps moving strong pieces to the fence is a good compromise?

Boon Tokens, while still RNG, are generated through gameplay and so are significantly less irritating than the roll of a dice.

Whatever you decide, thank you for the mod.

I’m a big fan of your mod and would like to translate it into Chinese to share with more players in our community. Would you allow me to do this?:mpn_engi:

Bloodied variation of Hank's coat is NOT meant for the player. It is a character EXCLUSIVE piece of clothing. Same way - as "Punished" version of Hank's Hardened gear from Story Mode.
So... In short terms : "You shouldn't be wearing this." :deadmud:

i believe an extension called diggy's armoury on the workshop solves the no bloodied trenchcoat outfit,
