Description
The MERC Broker is a shady dealer supplied by Dr. Crackpot, selling weapons to all who have the money and don't shoot him on sight wherever Mad Blox is.

Adds one new character, his shack is currently not included.

fantastic. fucking great. i would've loved this as a replacement for the boon token buyer and him selling more then just augments and color schemes but nope its literally just a person you can spawn in playground.
