SUT-12 R Spartan Infantry Tank

Among the oldest of the military vehicles still in service in the Martian Red Army, the Spartan is an old, bulky, but effective design. Featuring a modest armament of a single assault cannon and twin autocannons, the true strength of the Spartan does not lie in its weaponry, but its self-repair system. This repair system maintains the integrity of the dense frontal armour, the main gun and the driver's cabin, making it nearly impervious to anything short of a railgun sabot from frontal assault.

While formidable from the front, its side and rear are vulnerable to flanking attacks. In response to this potential threat, the Spartan equipped to carry and support up to 6 infantry, complete with hydrogen tank systems and enough storage for basic equipment. This vehicle is best used in frontal assaults and on static fronts where it cannot be ambushed easily.
