of course when I load it up today it offers to update, so annoying lol. But it works! Just in time to close off my fort since a dragon invaded! Many thanks and i appreciate your help
1. Ensure you are subscribing this mod in the Steam
2. Run game and in main menu cklik 'mods' to see list of mods that you are subscribed or have instled. Check what versions of Toys you have there:
in my case it looks like that -> https://ibb.co/R6Bs37k
In your you could have Toys and games 1.09 Installed but the Toys and games 1.10 much lower without installed word.
If you don't have it in a list it means something is wrong with synchronization between DF and Steam
If use see it without installed word - it should be in mods folder
if you see it with Installed word - it should be in both folders.
Alternative:
I have upload the graphics folders as a zip here https://files.fm/u/pjrq4m4eb6
I appreciate the help, I really do, and I don't want to be that guy but when i go both into Dwarf Fortress/data/installed_mods and Dwarf Fortress/mods I'm not seeing either niemst_toys (110) or 3254295977 (110). I even restarted my computer just in case.
/niemst_toys (109) and /niemst_toys (110)
Go to the 110 and copy the whole `graphics` folder into the niemst_toys (109) (overwrite files when asked). -> Now the 109 version should be the same as the 110
if you don't have niemst_toys (110) (read you have not used it yet in any game - which is likely) - - the `graphics` folder should also be under Dwarf Fortress//mods/3254295977 (110)
Please let me know if that solved your issue.
I want to say it did, but when I reenter into the saved game where I have the issues, it doesn't bring up the dialogue to ask if I want to update my mods. Is there a way to manually update it without switching to a new world?
