Compact Comissions - Horomachistry, Simplified Chinese Translation

Description
A translation mod for Horomachistry addon to Compact Commissions, it should be placed just after (below) the addon.

Due to properties that I used in the mod, it cannot be localised via the game loc system and this is the next best, and working solution.

All cradits go to Regret-V (regret_v) for localization to Simplified Chinese.
