[Stellar Engineers] Nanobot Build and Repair System

Description
This mod is taken from Crimson Nanobot Build and Repair System 2.3 and Nanobot Build and Repair System.

I changed the necessary resources needed to build these blocks to more expensive ones.

Required resources for Large Grid:
- Steel Plates: 1400
- Construction Comp: 1000
- Interior Plate: 250
- Small Steel Tube: 600
- Large Steel Tube: 100
- Computer: 200
- Motor: 400
- Superconductor: 500

Required resources for Small Grid:
- Steel Plates: 450
- Construction Comp: 350
- Interior Plate: 100
- Small Steel Tube: 200
- Large Steel Tube: 30
- Computer: 80
- Motor: 100
- Superconductor: 250

Signal update was released on 13th May. This version with my little fixes was created after that, because Keen's update broke Crimson's version. Of course, it's working.
