Здание Государственного банка — четырёхэтажное здание в Центральном районе Новосибирска в стиле конструктивизма, построенное в 1930 году.
Здание Госбанка — часть архитектурного ансамбля площади Ленина и памятник архитектуры федерального значения.

В игре предаствлено как университет компартии.

Модель стоит слегка кривовата - повернута вокруг своей оси под небольшим углом. Это можно заметить, если попытаться в игре поставить её стены параллельно сетке.
