Not sure if anyone will see this but what's the right way to spawn the city? it keeps falling apart every time I try.

I dunno if you take suggestions, but I would like to see an expansion of the downtown sometime in the future of the city. Since this is still the postwar economic boom, it can be historically possible to do, just simply cover some more vanilla buildings in the downtown and maybe replace some old buildings with modern ones. Hell, you could even utilize the open farm fields that I've seen a lot of newer covers do.

Please help me, when I spawn this building it appears in the air and falls, how can I spawn it on the ground?
