Crimson Easier Tweaks

Description
A slew of personal tweaks that make the game easier by buffing levels, titles, nobilities and makes the scaling of most technologies cheaper. If you already have any mods that might touch what mine does, please load last for priority!

>Changes:
1- Levels
Buffed the levels/fame you get after reaching certain Population caps by making all levels give +Immigration and Loyalty, with the first two levels being the most significant and the rest diminishing greatly. The Immigration buffs remains the strongest through all levels (0,25+), since I personally prefer immigrants over the slow buildup of your people having children. Loyalty greatly diminishes after the first two levels (0,05+), but I found it important nonetheless to stop some BS situations that might lead into your people leaving in droves by endgame.

2-Titles
Buffed most titles by making its relevant effects jump from 10% bonus of whatever they do to 50% in practically all cases. Didn't touch some specific titles related to Admin and Global effects. Also made some title requirements much easier to accomplish... since I find some of them a bit insane to accomplish (200 insane people for a 10% boost to sanity? hello??)

3-Nobility
Buffed every single noble's effect from 10% to 50%. That's it.

4-Technology
Buffed all scaling technologies on the research tree by drastically and uniformally cheapening their cost; now each level put on a next scaling tech increases its base cost by 10%, instead of some insane values of the base numbers which range from 30% per level all the way to DOUBLE COST. I like my city being mainly houses and people, not laboratories thank you.

All I know is that when I use more options to tweak just the fishing rate back to normal fishing is the only one that doesn't respond to the tweaks and get back to normal

@J I am having trouble finding the outlier that might be causing your issue in the mod's code: because it doesn't touch *any* buildings output directly, which was intentional, since I do use mods that actually tweak those. Any information in here or through DM's on how your bug is happening to begin with would be appreciated!

I don't think so. This is the only one that changes teh stats. It would be very weird if it was the map mods alone.

@J highly likely that it might be another mod on your list; the whole point of this mod is to make the game easier by increasing *everything*, so I'll be actually surprised if you found a value that decreases instead. Do please let me know if it keeps happening however!

I think this halves fish production.

@CEO of wewatch Sorry for the late response! I believe the title limit can only be increased by tweaking with the game's Java file. This mod changes are basically txt edits, so I can't help you with that, apologies.

@Crimsonlady34 Thx for the mod. is there a way to increase the Titles limit from 5 to more?

Ah, finally a mod that takes a measured attempt at making the game easier that isn't just "+x% resources. Thanks!
