Mission 23: Surrounded | The lost Saga

Sir Longarm: "You didn't get Volpe, but the strategist is history. Now we have an easy game with Beauregard! Without him, he's lost. Congratulations!"

Narrator: The snake is angry, he wants the count's head more than ever. The murder of his war strategist means that Beauregard is no longer in a position to defeat the count on his own. He has therefore secured the help of the dukes Volpe and Truffe. His army will be large, but without his strategist, his military qualities have diminished drastically.

Your scribe: "Günther ran off with the gold you acquired by selling the castle ruins to stock up on meat. His last words were 'Meat maces up!'. I couldn't stop him."

Task: Build a castle to serve as a base. Produce weapons and enough food for further attacks. But keep an eye out. Duc Truffe has been given orders to recapture the county.

(Be aware that the ingame map description is in German.)
