Revolution - Real-ish RADAR 20km

Description

Even in the 1960s AWACS RADAR ranges were more than 200km. So This mod bumps the CC2 RADAR ranges up to
a base range of 20km to give more warning of incoming threats (Beyond this the game starts going funny).

Also

Hide the difficulty (shield count) of hostile islands.
Hide the production type of islands that are far away from your own islands or units.

Requires the Revolution Mod.
