In this minor adjustments mod, I've added a few balance changes to Powder Keg. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as the current version (of time at upload).

Limited All to 1 (No Duplicates)

Set Riposte to Base DMG Mod

Flak Shot:
-10% Stun Res Debuff (Scales to -20%)

Nail Bomb:
Lv. 5 Bleed Reduced to 3/4

Visceral Attack
Recoded, with proper scaling

Rallying Slash:
Riposte DMG Debuff to -67%, Riposte scales Acc and Crit
Heal Tooltip Added to Tray Icon

Blood Bullets:
Self Bleed Scales from 1/2 (80% Chance) to 3/2 (120% Chance)
+3 DMG Ranged Skills (Scales to +5)
+10 Acc/Crit Ranged Skills (Scales to +15)

+20% Bleed Chance
+20% DMG While Bleeding
