Metal tank theme is NO MORE

Description
This add-on replaces metal tank theme which somehow made it's way to OFFICIAL update (TLS).
The replacement theme is a slight mix of both "tank" and "taank" tracks

That's a point, remaining consistency of atmosphere, which was ruined with metal tank theme. I'm glad you see my point

Oh, well, I kinda like the metal version, not saying the mod is bad, the mod is honestly good and keeps consistency with the other tank themes.
