It always feels like there is no good spot to place PDs on larger ships without compromising armor, right?.

Well, this mod solves this issue.
Adds Single and Dual Point Defense Turrets to the game, with buyable blueprints.
- Actual turrets that shoot from over the roof!
- They have twice the power capacity of default vanilla - per barrel.
- vanilla PD energy consumption reduced 7 times per shot(35->5) to give AI a fighting chance.

Based on the original version, the damage of single-shot PD and double-shot PD has been adjusted, making the double-shot PD twice that of single-shot.
