Compact Constructor

Description
A compact by design small grid Ion constructor / grinder ship built to fit inside a specific hanger. Has high thrust for a small ship. Event controller handles switching of thrusters, batteries, lights ect. when docked / undocked. This feature can be toggled from the hotbar (2nd hotbar)
