All horses no longer panic
Note 1: This applies to all horses, not just Carrot, which may make certain chase missions that require knocking NPCs to the ground impossible to complete. Please unsubscribe from this MOD before attempting such missions.
Note 2: Note 1 is based on code speculation and has not been tested in actual gameplay.
Compatible with PC and Steam Deck

Note 1: It refers to all horses, not just Roach, which may result in some pursuit tasks that require shooting NPCs to the ground being unable to be completed. Please unsubscribe from this MOD before performing such tasks
Note 2: Note 1 is only speculated based on the code and has not undergone practical testing
