according to mod profiler, this mod seems to cause some level of lag since it checks for player updates quite frequently

Ouh maybe those sound changes will let the game crash? Everytime when the player receive lost contact from the protective angel we play the "SOUND_SWORD_SPIN" sound. Well its hard to tell whats exactly the problem... I would recommend you look into the log file from Isaac. Normally you should find it somewhere here: C:\Users\myuser\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance. If anything big happens and the game will crash due to it you can see an error message in this file

Oh I am pretty certain the issue is on my part. Maybe it is tied to some mods I have installed but I don't have anything big, only music and sprite changes and new items such as Protective Angel... Thank you for looking into it though <3

@francis yeah you're the first one talking about crashes with this mod i will look into it and check if i can recreate the issue and fix it. But when you say it crash when changing a room it seems like there is a problem with you receive lost contact.

I was excited to find the item but when I took it and exited the room my game crashed... I experimented to guess what would be the problem and it's kind of random. Sometimes I can cross several rooms in a row before crashing and sometimes one is enough. There is a sound cue, which is the same as the picking up a card/pill sound, which happens every time a room change will crash my game. I didn't have any modded items nor floor nor pickup when this happened, it was a perfectly vanilla game.
In the hope to have some advice since I seem to be the only one having this issue! This item looks really fun

Good catch! Initially, we thought the item would be fitting as a Q3 item, but we later realized that in its current balancing state, the item is much better fitted as a Q4, given how powerful it is. So yes, the item is ranked as Quality 4! I should maybe update the preview pictures accordingly ^^

in the descripcion says that is a tier 4, but in the images it appears as a tier 3 ,¿which is it?

Mods usually don't deactivate completion marks or achievements,so yea!
