In this minor adjustments mod, I've added a few balance changes to Rampart. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as the current version (of time at upload).

Hold The Line
Riposte Applies DMG Debuff

Explosive Recoil
Debuffs Last 3 Rounds
Dodge Debuff Increased to -8 (Scales to -12)

Riot Control
Accuracy Debuff Lasts 3 Rounds
