Description
Features:

- removes the 3 use limit for breaths attacks
- breath attacks only recharge while in melee
- reduced cooldowns by approximately 30%

Custom modded breath attacks are not affected!

I just released a version for SFO.

In theory you can use it with SFO.
However, it will not work for SFO unique breaths and the damage values might not be the same as SFO values.

I do actually use it with SFO myself atm and it works for all vanilla breaths and the damage seems fine.
