Re-adds a subtle, unused sound for the boomer's stomach gurgling.
Local/dedicated server only.

This causes items on infected to break and not properly drop. For example, the vomit jar on CEDA uncommon infected or any mod that makes other infected drop items such as Extended Item Carrier Infected or RiotShield Infected

Hah nice, I missed this sound ingame. any chance for their vomit disrupt sound to come in too? it plays their shoved sfx when pushed away, and only rarely does the other sound come on
