This mod is good, but the reload time is shorter than the animation. This means you can fire the gun before the reload animation is done, although because the sights are not aligned while the reload animation plays you cannot fire accurately. The bots can fire accurately though, as they are not effected by misaligned sights. This gives the bots a significant advantage over the player, as they can shoot much faster than the player realistically could. A solution to this would be to make the reload time longer or match it to the time of the reload animation.

One problem, when reloading, if you switch weapons mid reload, it will load the weapon, but the bold will be permanantly up until you die.
