Description
Ever had an auto-mod trait on when playing megacorp, and had a ton of managers constantly unemploying themselves as soon as you fill a clerk job for a little bit? That's because the AI weights for job selection track trade value output, but the job auto-mods itself to unity after a while, and the trade value buff is larger than the unity buff. I've gone through each job that takes in multiple output modifiers (not including event jobs, may add that later if I get annoyed by it lol) and added a simple check to see if you have any auto-mod traits on. If you do, it won't count any of the non-primary resources for job weights so your pops won't rapidly promote and unemploy themselves all the time, and you can actually employ some damn clerks once in a while. It's probably not the most elegant solution, but I really don't have the time to throw in a bunch of hyper-tuned multipliers to get around it and test every single job, plus gameplay-wise it's worked for me so far
