Azerbaijani national hat

Description
Made as a test, Model was originally used for one of my Garry's Mod models, I just tried to make a project zomboid one as test after hours of brainstorming with someone who knows nothing on modding we finally managed to make it work as intended

it's not really the national hat my friend just calls it one because every old man in azerbaijan and the former soviet countries must wear it

its a setting you can toggle on settings before creating character

Do i need a mod to acess every clothing option before starting my character to obtain this?

Or is the hat found in clothing stores?

My brother in Allah, the Taliban are an Afghani organization, and if you knew what a map was, you would know Azerbaijan is not even in the same region as Afghanistan.
