Norsca pawns of Chaos

Description
this is a small unit mod to add a couple units to the norsca roster.


This mod adds pretty basic archers to be recruited from the walls building line,
Horse archers from the stables, and cataphracts from the worship building line.
The two cav units are meant to represent the Kurgan culture of chaos worshipers which have no faction and are represented as norscan factions on the map.

I made a few mods for norsca in warhammer 2 because I felt they needed love and so I made this mod too.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues or have any input, please enjoy this small mod!

Hey I ran through and checked every animation they have in battle and didn't have that issue, it is probably a conflict or issue caused by another mod on your end

Hey, I found a bug. Kurgan Cataphracts t-pose on top of their horses; I have other mods installed but, still. Can you check it out?

it should be updated, they had changed some data table formatting without me knowing so I had to load the mod a month ago and find out myself. It should be working currently

Hey @Medieval Thanks for this, very useful info. Now one thing I think should be here in the description, as even on multiple reads I cannot quite figure out how many units are in this mod in total (one reason is that you use the word "couple" which can mean "2" or a "a handfiul", right?

You should really just add a short list of all unit names;
Units that are added when this mod is activated. The AI recruiting and that the focus of this mod is kinda "bread and butter" low tier "pawns" as you say is much more usuful than most unit mods' approaches.

It is all vanilla assets, Ai does recruit them, and they are of various recruitment tiers and quality. I made sure to assign them recruitment values and such so the ai should use them without spamming them. Many are also assigned to vanilla recruitment buildings.
I don’t really use other mods so you would have to try yourself. As long as those mods don’t edit the buildings I don’t see why they wouldn’t be compatible

Are they specifically cheap? Would AI factions recruit these?

These will probably show up as recruitable for vanilla Norscan factions which use standard recruiting buildings, whether they're minor or major. Correct?

Did you test with TOTN or LCCP, the SCM mods?

Hey bro, the screenshots also look really good. Did you use one of the Norscan reskins (by authors Glenius Maximus, Quartermaster etc.) as a base or all-vanilla troop designs, if I may ask?

You should put a list of the unit names here for sure.

I assume you play on IEE with SCM's LCCP & Tribes of the North mods? Those 2 mods alone must add something like 15 unique factions, pretty sure Kurgan is presented there..... Not that it matters, just sayin' <3 Enjoy!
