You should really just add a short list of all unit names;
Units that are added when this mod is activated. The AI recruiting and that the focus of this mod is kinda "bread and butter" low tier "pawns" as you say is much more usuful than most unit mods' approaches.

I don’t really use other mods so you would have to try yourself. As long as those mods don’t edit the buildings I don’t see why they wouldn’t be compatible
These will probably show up as recruitable for vanilla Norscan factions which use standard recruiting buildings, whether they're minor or major. Correct?
Did you test with TOTN or LCCP, the SCM mods?
You should put a list of the unit names here for sure.
