Replaces Bill with The Master of the Fist, Akuma/Gouki from the Street Fighter series of fighting games.
Uses the extremely lowpoly model form the Street Fighter EX games.

I don't mind that it's extremely lowpoly model, I've been waiting to see some Akuma skin for L4D for a long time and besides that this one is for Bill, I couldn't ask for more, thank you very much.
