NOTE : If you guys thinks it's a virus because it knows your name. You guys are wrong, it doesn't know your name but it can see your PC name. It's not hard to figure out what is your PC name. Environment.UserName is the line that gets your PC name. It's completely safe and you can look at the code for yourself before compiling it.
If it says System.Security, I imported it by accident, I was importing the libraries from bob's mods so I make sure nothing is missing, but for some reason it have System.Security in it. I'm not sure System.Security is safe or not but I'm sure that the mod is safe, it doesn't have anything to do with the System.Security, I didn't even use it in my mod.
If you have problems with modifying the json settings file and it resets once you open the game. You can modify the json file then disable the Steam Cloud, that should work.

This mod adds chatterboxes, you can make everyone a chatterbox by spawning "Make everyone a chatterbox". You can always disable Chatterbox from anyone by clicking the Disable Chatterbox button in the head's context menu.
You can modify the messages at ../People Playground/Mods/chatterboxsetting.json
Delete the json file to reset it to default.

The chatterbox can say something when shot, when drown, when stabbed or even when you point the laser at their eyes! It can detect nearby bombs and a gun that is pointing at itself. So it's pretty much a small AI.
