Zetachrome Fist!!! (and other changes)

Description
Adds a final tier for the cybernetic fist implant family for my punchkin brothers and sisters. Also changes text color for other fist to match what metal the fist is made from.

Fixed so they will actually appear in game, first mod and I apparently did not know what populationtables were lol

@mr.backproblem Ill have to look if I did anything wrong when it comes to that. Is there any other mods you had on?

are you sure the zetachrome handbones are populating into the item lists correctly? Ive got about 20 legendary gutsmongers sitting in eyn roj, and have refreshed their inventories probably a dozen times at this point. I've seen countless cathedra and crysteel handbones but never the zetachrome. It could be I'm extremely unlucky but after that many refreshes it seems like there might be an issue.

Any suggestions on where best to find these? I've not been able to in my game, it could be a mod compat issue, but I have been searching for quite a while
