Scale Plate Pact gets two new sectors in Silent Witness

This mod is an addon of the mod Pirate Chaos and Conflict, made by EBIMISO and gives ownership and faction logic to two sectors of the Silent Witness Cluster.

All credits go to EBIMISO for creating the mod and turning Pirates into proper factions.


- Silent Witness XI belongs to Scale Plate Pact.
- Silent Witness XII belongs to Scale Plate Pact.
- Faction logic added to Silent Witness cluster.

- Will only work on new game start.

- Will only work in combination with Pirate Chaos and Conflict.
