Trepang2 'Load Up' Music in Spawnmenu

Description

You need to select the music now in the spawnmenu, check the uploaded image.

Once properly selected, you will hear it play the track "Load Up" from the Trepang2 OST.

There's nothing else for me to say here.

Updated once more, now it requires the original addon; check the description, required item and the image uploaded on how to get it working.

I have applied the new additions from the main addon; basically:
- New Options in the spawn menu under the "Options" tab
- New "spawnmenu_music_restart" console command, does what you would expect it to do (on by default)
